1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vækst Digital application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Vækst Digital provides a specialized B2B software tool Designed for agencies and businesses to manage their Meta Ad Accounts and Facebook Pages. The platform allows authorized users to read performance data, generate reports, manage campaigns, and oversee Facebook Business Manager assets.

3. Authorized Use

You must be explicitly authorized by a company or client to manage their Meta assets on their behalf. You agree not to use this software for unauthorized data scraping, malicious activity, or outside the scope of acceptable Meta Marketing API use-cases.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vækst Digital A/S provides this software "as is" and shall not be held liable for any interruption of service, data loss, or advertising losses resulting from the use of our campaign management tools.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the tool at any time if a user violates these Terms or the overarching Meta Platform Terms.
